I’m a Brit who’s owned property in Sitges for nearly a quarter of a century. Experiences with agents have been mixed at best.  But Maria was amazing.   She listened so carefully to what I was looking for and only showed me properties which were fully in tune to what we were looking for. And then she guided us through the entire process (which, through no fault of hers, was pretty complex and tense) with efficiency, warmth and humour. I would trust and recommend Maria to both buyers and sellers without hesitation. Were I to look again, I would be inclined to engage Maria to work for me as a buyer, her negotiating and legal skills I’m sure would have secured me a better price than I could achieve and without the need for expensive lawyers!
